1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any service offered by betcup (the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the Platform from time to time.

betcup reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Restriction

The betcup Platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be 21 years of age or older to open an account, make a deposit, place a wager, or redeem any promotional offer. betcup operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) programme and may request government-issued identification — such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence — at any stage of the customer relationship to verify age and identity.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

betcup targets the Bangladesh market and is intended for use by players who access the Platform from territories where such activities are permitted. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. betcup does not accept liability for any use of the Platform in breach of local laws or regulations.

2.3 Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You may hold only one account on the Platform. Should betcup detect duplicate accounts associated with the same individual — whether by name, National ID number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method , or any other identifying factor — betcup reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all associated winnings, and retain any deposited balances pending investigation.

3. Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify betcup immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. betcup will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

3.2 Account Verification

betcup operates a mandatory KYC verification process. Prior to processing withdrawals above a specified threshold, or at any other time deemed appropriate by betcup, you may be required to submit: a copy of a government-issued photo ID; proof of address dated within the last three months; and proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by betcup may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

3.3 Account Suspension and Closure

betcup reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving: suspected fraud or money laundering; breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; or where continued operation of the account may constitute a legal or reputational risk to betcup. In such cases, betcup will endeavour to return verified funds subject to applicable investigation procedures.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

betcup accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other methods as listed on the Platform's cashier page. Minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. betcup does not charge platform processing fees on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

4.2 Deposit Responsibility

All deposits must be made using payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. betcup reserves the right to void any winnings generated from funds deposited via a third-party account and to return the original deposit amount to the originating payment source.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within minutes to a maximum of 24 hours, subject to verification status and payment provider processing times. betcup is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers. All withdrawals will be remitted to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless alternative arrangements have been expressly agreed in writing with betcup's support team.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the betcup Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). betcup is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers when processing transactions in other currencies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by betcup are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 35× the bonus amount before any withdrawal may be processed. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

New players who make a qualifying first deposit of a minimum of ৳500 are eligible to receive a 100% deposit match bonus up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible player once only. The welcome bonus may not be claimed in conjunction with any other first-deposit offer. Players must be 21 years or older to qualify.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

betcup employs monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse. Activities constituting bonus abuse include, without limitation: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to exhaust wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and exploiting technical errors or software malfunctions. betcup reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse related winnings, and close accounts where abuse is identified.

6. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on betcup are governed by the specific sport rules applicable to each event, as published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform. The following general principles apply to all sports wagers:

• Bets are accepted and settled in accordance with the rules of the governing body for each sport and competition, including the ICC for cricket events, FIFA for football events, and the BPL governing body for Bangladesh Premier League fixtures.
• In-play bets are subject to the accuracy of the live data feed. betcup accepts no liability for bets placed based on incorrect in-play data where such data was supplied by a third-party provider.
• betcup reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any other irregularity that compromises the integrity of the result.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, competition, and account status.
• Palpable errors in odds — including odds that are clearly erroneous due to technical or human error — will be voided and stakes returned, regardless of the event outcome.

7. Casino and Games Rules

betcup's casino products — including live dealer tables, slot games, crash games, and instant-win products — are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology audited for fairness by independent testing laboratories. The following conditions apply to all casino gameplay:

• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning actions conducted in regulated studios.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a live session, the round will be treated as void and the wager returned to the player's account, subject to betcup's ability to determine the pre-error game state from system records.
• betcup reserves the right to suspend any game, market, or product at any time for maintenance, regulatory, or integrity-related reasons.
• Jackpot prizes displayed on progressive jackpot slot games are indicative. The actual jackpot amount at the time of any win is the amount recorded in betcup's system at the precise moment the winning combination is confirmed.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betcup's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

betcup shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, even if betcup has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the territory in which betcup operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through betcup's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as designated by betcup.
